Man accused of molesting girl in Bihar tied to electric pole and beaten

A man accused of molesting a girl in Jamui district of Bihar has been tied to an electric pole and beaten by angry villagers. The incident took place in Nemarang Mohalla of the Municipal Council area. The villagers were agitated over the case of molestation and took matters into their own hands by tying the accused to the pole. The police have taken the accused into custody.

The incident occurred when the accused, identified as Munna Saw, came to Neemarang to meet a friend. While the accused was in the area, he allegedly started molesting a young woman who was going to a shop. The girl raised an alarm, and nearby people gathered and caught the accused. They then tied him to an electric pole and beat him severely.

Upon receiving information about the incident, the police team of Dial 112 reached the spot and rescued the accused. He was taken into custody and brought to the police station for questioning. The accused has claimed that his partner instructed him to carry out the act. The police are currently interrogating him to gather more information.
