RJD President Lalu Prasad Visits Party Office
RJD national president Lalu Prasad visited the RJD office in Veerchand Patel on Saturday evening. Despite arriving late and in light rain, Lalu Prasad saw the land allocated for the expansion of the party office and greeted party members. He was accompanied by former minister Jayaprakash Narayan Yadav. However, due to the rain, he did not get out of his van.
Auto Drivers Delegation Meets Lalu Prasad
A delegation of auto drivers met Lalu Prasad, the National President of Rashtriya Janata Dal, on Saturday evening. The delegation highlighted the problems faced by the auto stand at Patna Junction due to the ongoing construction of Patna Metro. They also demanded alternative arrangements to be made for the auto stand. Lalu Prasad listened attentively to their concerns.
Assurance of Further Discussions
Lalu Prasad assured the delegation that further discussions will be held with all parties involved before making any decision. The delegation included leaders of the auto union such as Rajkumar Jha, Ajay Patel, Murtaza Ali, Naveen Mishra, and Pappu Yadav.
