Introduction

In the bustling city of Sirsa, Haryana, an unusual event has begun at the serene Anand Sarovar, located on Hisar Road. A week-long camp titled ‘Alvida Tension’ (Goodbye Tension) has been organized by the Brahma Kumaris, a spiritual organization known for its meditation practices and teachings of peace and tranquility. The camp, which commenced on Monday, aims to help individuals say goodbye to their stress, anxiety, and worries, and lead a life of peace and calm.

The Launch of Alvida Tension Camp

The first day of the camp saw discussions and teachings around leading a worry-free lifestyle. The Alvida Tension camp will run until 12th September at Anand Sarovar. The auspicious start of the camp was inaugurated by Hisar Commissioner, Geeta Bharti. The event was presided over by Deputy Commissioner Parth Gupta. Brahma Kumari sister Bindu welcomed all the guests present at the event.

Daily Activities at the Camp

According to Brahma Kumari sister Bindu, the Alvida Tension camp is a free stress-relief and meditation experience. The camp will run daily from 6:30 pm to 8 pm. Each day, the camp will provide a deep experience of meditation to the attendees.

Daily Themes at Alvida Tension

Each day of the Alvida Tension camp focuses on a different theme. The themes for each day are as follows:

– 5th September, Tuesday: Meeting with happiness
– 6th September, Wednesday: Self-realization (Soul Knowledge)
– 7th September, Thursday: Deep divine experience (Joy Festival)
– 8th September, Friday: The secret of a happy life (Change Festival)
– 9th September, Saturday: Solving all problems through meditation (Meditation Festival)

The concluding days of the camp will feature:

– 10th September, Sunday: Celestial birth festival
– 11th September, Monday: The mystery of the world drama (Recognition of time, Great Victory Festival)
– 12th September, Tuesday: God’s great words Murli (Goodbye Tension)

This initiative by the Brahma Kumaris is a step towards promoting mental health and well-being, especially in these trying times. The camp aims to provide a tranquil and peaceful environment for individuals to relax, reflect, and rejuvenate, and ultimately say ‘Alvida’ to their tensions.
