In such a situation, if they get guidance from experts in any art they choose as per their choice, then what can’t be possible in the future. Yes, all such arrangements are present in Bal Bhawan i.e. Kilkari of Bihar.
Akash Kumar, who became a trainer after getting training from Kilkari, says that any child between 08 to 16 years can take admission in Kilkari. For this, photograph and Aadhar card and other documents are required. Sculptor Pramod Kumar Yadav tells that the fees of Bal Bhavan is only Rs 10. He further explains that whether the child here is of an IAS or a rickshaw puller, no one can differentiate between them. Let us tell you that many children learning sculpture are also getting national scholarship. Besides, many children have also won many awards at state and national level.
In Kilkari, located near Premchand Rangshala in Saidpur, Patna, training in many subjects like music, acting, taekwondo, badminton, painting, art and craft, dance, sculpture is given by experts. Akash Kumar also told that after admission of children, they are given exposure course for the first two months. After that they are asked to choose their favorite genre. On completion of the course, children also have to submit a research paper. Only then they are given a certificate of completion of training by Kilkari. Let us tell you that apart from Patna, in other districts of the state also, ‘Kilkari’s own building is being prepared for the bright future of the children.

किलकारी से प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करने के बाद प्रशिक्षक बने आकाश कुमार कहते हैं कि 08 से 16 वर्ष के बीच किसी भी बच्चा को किलकारी में प्रवेश ले सकता है। इसके लिए फोटोग्राफ और आधार कार्ड और अन्य दस्तावेज़ों की आवश्यकता होती है। मूर्तिकार प्रमोद कुमार यादव बताते हैं कि बाल भवन का शुल्क केवल 10 रुपये है। उन्होंने यह भी समझाया कि चाहे यहां का बच्चा IAS का हो या रिक्शा चलाने वाला, किसी को भी उनमें अंतर नहीं कर सकता। हम आपको बता दें कि मूर्तिकला सीख रहे कई बच्चों को राष्ट्रीय छात्रवृत्ति भी मिल रही है। इसके अलावा, कई बच्चे राज्य और राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर भी कई पुरस्कार जीत चुके हैं।
किलकारी में स्थित सैदपुर, पटना में संगीत, अभिनय, टाएकवांडो, बैडमिंटन, चित्रकला, कला और शिल्प, नृत्य, मूर्तिकला जैसे कई विषयों में विशेषज्ञों द्वारा प्रशिक्षण दिया जाता है। आकाश कुमार ने यह भी बताया कि बच्चों के प्रवेश के बाद, उन्हें पहले दो महीने के लिए प्रदर्शन पाठ दिया जाता है। इसके बाद उनसे कहा जाता है कि वे अपने पसंदीदा शैली का चयन करें। पाठ के समापन पर, बच्चों को एक अनुसंधान पत्र भी जमा करना होता है। तभी किलकारी द्वारा प्रशिक्षण समाप्ति का प्रमाणपत्र दिया जाता है। हम आपको बता दें कि पटना के अलावा, राज्य के अन्य जिलों में भी बच्चों के उज्ज्वल भविष्य के लिए ‘किलकारी’ के अपने भवन की तैयारी हो रही है।
