Nurse Commits Suicide at GNM School in Buxar
- A trainee nurse at GNM School in Buxar, Bihar, committed suicide by hanging herself in her room.
- The incident came to light when the other girls noticed that she hadn’t come out of her room by 8 pm.
- Concerned, they tried to wake her up but she didn’t respond, prompting them to break the door.
- To their shock, they found the nurse hanging from the fan inside the room.
- She was rushed to Sadar Hospital where she was declared dead.
Student Went Home for Rakshabandhan
- The deceased, Neetu Kumari, a resident of Patna, had gone home for the Rakshabandhan holiday.
- Upon returning on Tuesday evening, she locked herself in her room and didn’t come out.
- When the other girls realized this, they alerted the police.
- Investigations are underway to determine the motive behind the suicide.
Panic Among Other Girls at School
- The sight of the nurse’s hanging body has caused distress among the other girls at the school.
- Some have even experienced deteriorating health due to the shock.
