The dates of Muslim festival holidays may vary depending on the sighting of the moon. Additionally, the annual bank account closure holiday, as per the NI Act-1881, is fixed on April 1st each year. Last year, government employees were granted a total of 36 leaves.

Transfer of Officers in Commercial Tax Department

19 officers of the Commercial Tax Department in Bihar were transferred on Tuesday. Additional Commissioner Sanjay Kumar has been assigned to the training cell of the headquarters, while Joint Commissioner Rashmi Kumar Singh will handle the audit responsibilities. Kumar Shailendra and Birendra Kumar will be responsible for the Training Cell. Deputy Commissioners Anupama and Naseem have been attached to the headquarters, and Deputy Commissioner Kumari Anamika has been given the responsibility of the Danapur zone. Assistant Deputy Commissioner Anamika has been transferred to the Central Bureau of Investigation.
