पटना: राजधानी पटना के बीच में भीड़ से दूर एक गांव स्थित है जहां वृन्दावन की सुगंध लोगों के रक्त में मौजूद है। वृन्दावन के कुछ गोपाल नंद गांव पहुंचे और यहां बस गए। यहां के लोग श्री कृष्ण को एक अवतार के रूप में नहीं, बल्कि घर के बच्चे के रूप में मानते हैं।
भगवान कृष्ण के जन्मदिन के अवसर पर यहां के लोग उपवास नहीं रखते बल्कि उत्सव मनाते हैं। विभिन्न पकवानों के साथ जन्मदिन मनाया जाता है। यहां पर कृष्ण की मूर्ति नहीं, उसका मुकुट पूजा किया जाता है। इसके अलावा, यह गांव दो स्थानों से बदल गया है। इस गांव के पूर्वज वृन्दावन से यहां आए थे और पटना हवाई अड्डे के पास बस गए। इसके बाद हम अब पुलिस मुख्यालय के पीछे बस गए हैं।
इस अद्वितीय पटना के गांव का इतिहास वृन्दावन से जुड़ा हुआ है। कई साल पहले, वृन्दावन के कुछ गोपाल पटना आए और वहां की जमीन पर रहने लगे थे जब विमानतट नहीं बना था। जब बिहार को बंगाल से अलग किया गया था 1912 में, अंग्रेजों ने पटना को राजधानी बनाने के लिए उन्हें बेली रोड के पास बसा दिया। जब गोल्फ क्लब बनने लगा, यह गांव पुलिस मुख्यालय के पीछे बदल गया। तब से लोग यहां रह रहे हैं। वर्षों से यहां कई पीढ़ियां पैदा हुई हैं। नंद गांव के बड़े श्री सकलदेव प्रसाद कहते हैं कि हमारे पूर्वज वृन्दावन से आए हैं और हम कृष्णौथ वंश में शामिल हैं।
गांव के लोग कहते हैं कि हमारे लिए कृष्ण भगवान की एक अवतार नहीं हैं, बल्कि घर के बच्चे हैं। इसलिए हम उपवास नहीं रखते बल्कि जन्मदिन का उत्सव मनाते हैं। विभिन्न प्रकार के पकवान बनाए जाते हैं और भोग चढ़ाया जाता है। इसके साथ ही, यहां पर कृष्ण की मूर्ति नहीं होती है, बल्कि मुकुट पूजा का परंपरा है। गांव के बड़े श्री सकलदेव प्रसाद कहते हैं कि मुकुट की पूजा की परंपरा देवचंद्र महाराज ने शुरू की थी।
पाकिस्तान के अमरकोट में जन्मे देवचंद्र महाराज भुज के संत हरिदास जी के पास गए, जो बालमुकुंद जी और बांके बिहारी के भक्त थे। उनकी भक्ति को देखकर हरिदास जी ने उन्हें बालमुकुंद जी और बांके बिहारी की मूर्तियों को देने का वादा किया। मूर्ति देने के पहले रात को मूर्ति मंदिर से गायब हो गई।
बालमुकुंद ने दुःखी संत हरिदास जी के सपने में दिखाई दिया और कहा कि तुम देवचंद्र महाराज के रूप में नहीं जानते, वे परम धाम के श्याम जी के अवतार हैं। मैं उनकी सेवा कैसे कर सकता हूँ? तुम उन्हें मेरा मुकुट और कपड़े दो। इसके बाद मुकुट की पूजा की परंपरा शुरू हुई। इस गांव के लोग देवचंद्र महाराज में विश्वास रखते हैं। हम आपको बताते हैं कि नंद गांव के लोग सिर्फ पंचम वेद (तारात्म्य सागर) को ही अपना वेद मानते हैं। वे रोज़ इसे पढ़ते हैं और जो इसमें लिखा होता है, उसे अपनाते हैं।
