ED had interrogated the father and son on different days. ED was not satisfied with the answers of Radha Charan Seth and Kanhaiya during interrogation. ED tightened its grip in the month of June
JDU MLC Radha Charan Seth from Ara-Buxar local authority area is accused of promoting illegal sand business in collaboration with sand mafia in Bihar. Earlier in the month of February, the Income Tax Department had raided Seth’s house in a tax evasion case.

Radhacharan won twice from JDU

मिली जानकारी के अनुसार, जेडीयू एमएलसी राधाचरण सेठ के चार स्थानों पर छापेमारी की गई है जिनमें अर्रा में चार और पटना में दो हैं। पिछले समय में भी ईडी ने विभिन्न स्थानों पर छापेमारी की थी। छापेमारी के दौरान पाए गए सबूत और इनपुट के आधार पर, ईडी ने राधाचरण सेठ और उनके बेटे कन्हैया को भी लंबे समय तक पूछताछ की थी। ईडी ने पिता और पुत्र को अलग-अलग दिनों में पूछताछ की थी। पूछताछ के दौरान ईडी को राधाचरण सेठ और कन्हैया के जवाब से संतुष्ट नहीं हुई। इसके प्रकाश में, आज फिर से ईडी ने राधाचरण सेठ के विभिन्न स्थानों पर छापेमारी की है।

इससे पहले, 7 महीने पहले, जेडीयू एमएलसी राधाचरण साह उपनाम सेठ जी के घर में आयकर छापेमारी हुई थी। आयकर टीम ने अर्रा सहित देश के विभिन्न स्थानों पर छापेमारी की थी। इस छापेमारी के दौरान, शाम को अनाथ में स्थित फार्महाउस में नोट गिनने के लिए एक मशीन भी बुलाई गई थी।
