Deadly Firing in Patna Village over Milk Dues Dispute
Patna. Late last night, there was fierce firing between two groups in Surga village of Fatuha police station area of Patna, the capital of Bihar, over a minor dispute over demanding milk dues. In the firing incident, three people died due to bullet injuries, while a youth was seriously injured. Immediately, all the seriously injured people were admitted to Fatuha PHC for treatment, where doctors declared three people dead during treatment.
Police Investigation and Victims
After giving first aid to a seriously injured youth, he was referred to PMCH for better treatment. As soon as the information about the death of three people in the firing was received, the police of various police stations including Fatuha DSP reached the spot, took the three bodies in their custody and sent them to Nalanda Medical College for post-mortem. The deceased have been identified as 50-year-old Jai Singh, 40-year-old Shailesh Kumar, and 35-year-old Pradeep Kumar, residents of Surga Par village. The injured youth has been identified as 22-year-old Mintus Kumar.
Reasons behind the Firing
It is said that people from both sides clashed over demanding milk dues and soon a fierce fight and firing started between the two sides, in which Jai Singh and Shailesh Kumar from one side died due to bullet injuries. In the firing, Pradeep Kumar of the other party died due to bullet injury, while Mintus Kumar was seriously injured. It is also said that Jai Singh of the village was having a land dispute with Pradeep Kumar, and in the course of the land dispute, people from both sides clashed with each other, and soon fighting and firing started, in which three people died due to the shooting, while one was seriously injured.
Police Response and Investigation
Harshdeep Kumar, brother of the deceased Pradeep Kumar, has informed the police about the firing by the other party when he demanded the due amount of milk. Kunti Devi, sister-in-law of deceased Jai Singh, has admitted to the police that the other party opened fire over a land dispute. Fatuha DSP Siyaram Yadav, who was present on the spot, confirmed the incident and confirmed the death of three people in the firing. Fatuha DSP has also assured that all the people involved in the firing will be identified and arrested soon. At present, the police has started a massive raid operation to identify and arrest the accused. There has been chaos in the families of the deceased after the incident. After the incident, there is an atmosphere of great tension in the village. A large number of police forces are camping at the incident site.

कहा जाता है कि दोनों पक्षों के लोग दूध के बकाया मांग के मामले पर टकराव करने लगे और जल्द ही दोनों पक्षों के बीच तीव्र लड़ाई और गोलीबारी शुरू हो गई, जिसमें एक पक्ष के जय सिंह और शैलेश कुमार गोली घायल हो गए। फायरिंग में दूसरी पक्ष के प्रदीप कुमार की गोली घायली से मौत हो गई, जबकि मिंटूस कुमार गंभीर रूप से घायल हुए। कहा जाता है कि गांव के जय सिंह को प्रदीप कुमार के साथ भूमि विवाद था, और भूमि विवाद के क्रम में दोनों पक्षों के लोगों ने एक दूसरे के साथ टकराव किया, और जल्द ही लड़ाई और फायरिंग शुरू हो गई, जिसमें तीन लोग गोली मारने से मर गए, जबकि एक गंभीर रूप से घायल हुआ।
मृत प्रदीप कुमार के भाई हर्षदीप कुमार ने दूसरी पक्ष द्वारा गोलीबारी के बारे में पुलिस को सूचित किया है जब उन्होंने दूध की राशि की मांग की। मृत जय सिंह की भाभी कुंती देवी ने पुलिस को स्वीकार किया है कि दूसरी पक्ष ने भूमि विवाद के चलते गोलीबारी की है। घटना पर मौजूद फतुहा डीएसपी सियाराम यादव ने इसे पुष्टि की है और फायरिंग में तीन लोगों की मौत की पुष्टि की है। फतुहा डीएसपी ने भी आश्वासन दिया है कि फायरिंग में शामिल होने वाले सभी लोगों की पहचान की जाएगी और जल्द ही गिरफ्तार कर लिया जाएगा। वर्तमान में, पुलिस ने आरोपियों की पहचान और गिरफ्तारी के लिए एक व्यापक छापा मार आपरेशन शुरू कर दिया है। घटना के बाद परिवारों में हड़कंप हुआ है। घटना के बाद गांव में बड़ी तनाव की वातावरण है। घटना स्थल पर बड़ी संख्या में पुलिस बल छापा मार रहे हैं।
