Submit Aadhaar card before 30th September
Holders of Senior Citizens Savings Scheme (SCSS), Public Provident Fund (PPF) Scheme, National Savings Certificate (NSC) or other post office schemes will have to deposit their Aadhaar number at a post office or bank branch till 30 September 2023. Failure to do so will result in your account being suspended on October 1, 2023.
Last date of SBI VCare is 30th September
Under this scheme, State Bank of India (SBI) offers an interest of 50 basis points i.e. 100 basis points in addition to the regular rate to its senior citizen customers. Under this scheme, the bank offers 7.50 percent interest to its customers. The last date to invest under this scheme is 30th September.
IDBI Special FD Scheme
The last date to invest in IDBI Special FD is 30 September 2023. Under the 375-day Amrit Mahotsav FD scheme, the bank offers 7.10% interest to its general customers and 7.60% to senior citizen customers. The bank offers 7.15 percent interest for 444 days to its general customers and 7.65 percent to senior citizen customers.
Work before September 30
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has extended the deadline for enrollment or de-registration of trading and demat account holders. The revised deadline is 30 September 2023.
Last date for deposit of Rs.2000 notes
The Reserve Bank had given four months to deposit or exchange Rs 2,000 notes. The notes have to be exchanged or deposited by 30 September 2023.
