On the day of Diwali, a clash between two groups occurred in Dhanaout village in Danapur, Patna. During this clash, gunfire broke out and three people were shot, resulting in the death of one person during treatment. The incident created panic in the area, with a crowd gathering around. Upon receiving information, the police arrived at the scene and began investigating.

The dispute originated between two families in the village over water falling into a drain. The injured were taken to Patna’s AIIMS for treatment with the help of local residents, where their condition is said to be serious. It is reported that the dispute escalated to the point where one side opened fire on the other with weapons. As a result, Shashi Bhushan Singh, Navami Kumar, and Amit Kumar alias Vicky were injured. All injured individuals were admitted to Patna’s AIIMS for treatment, where Shashi Bhushan Singh succumbed to his injuries. Relatives claim that there is an atmosphere of fear after the incident and appeal to the police to take the case seriously and apprehend the perpetrators quickly.
