In Saharsa, Bihar, a video has surfaced showing the police forcefully dragging a drunk man and putting him in a vehicle. The incident took place in the Banma Opi area of Saharsa district at Telia Haat village. The video clearly shows the police grabbing the drunk man by his legs and dragging him towards the vehicle, before lifting him up and putting him inside. The identity of the person involved in the incident is said to be a resident of Telia Haat in the Banma Opi area.
