Under the National Campaign against Gender-Based Violence, a workshop was organized in the RDA auditorium in Nawada. The workshop was inaugurated by the Director of RDA, Rajeev Kumar. He provided detailed information about the New Consciousness Initiative for Change. The workshop aimed to address violence, exploitation, and solutions related to women.

साथ ही उन्होंने बताया कि इस कार्यशाला का मुख्य उद्देश्य महिलाओं को लिंग आधारित हिंसा से बचाना और उनकी सुरक्षा को सुनिश्चित करना है। यह अभियान लिंग आधारित हिंसा के खिलाफ जागरूकता फैलाने, शिक्षा और प्रशिक्षण के माध्यम से महिलाओं की सशक्तिकरण करने का भी उद्देश्य रखता है। इस कार्यशाला में अनेक विषयों पर चर्चा की गई और समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए उपायों पर विचार-विमर्श किया गया। इसके अलावा इस कार्यशाला में लिंग आधारित हिंसा के खिलाफ लड़ाई में सामरिक बल का महत्व और उसका उपयोग भी बताया गया। इसमें बच्चों, युवाओं, महिलाओं और पुरुषों को सम्मिलित किया गया और उन्हें इस मुद्दे के बारे में जागरूक किया गया। इसके अलावा इस कार्यशाला में न्यायिक अधिकारियों, पुलिस अधिकारियों और सामाजिक कार्यकर्ताओं को भी उपस्थित किया गया था। इस कार्यशाला के माध्यम से लोगों को लिंग आधारित हिंसा के खिलाफ एकजुट होने का मौका मिला और उन्हें इससे निपटने के लिए सही तरीके सिखाए गए।
