Read the Jharkhand half-yearly exams for classes 1 to 8 will begin from 20th December and will continue till 23rd December. The exams will be divided into two parts, with oral exams for class 1 and written exams for classes 2 to 8. The Jharkhand Academic Research and Training Council released the exam calendar on Wednesday.
For the academic session 2023-24, the half-yearly exams will consist of oral exams for class 1 and written exams for classes 2 to 8. The written exams will include objective, short-answer, and long-answer questions. Both parts of the exams will have a duration of two hours. The students will be provided with question-answer booklets. Each subject will have a 60-mark written exam and a 40-mark internal assessment.
For classes 6 to 8, the written exams for Mathematics, Science, and Social Science will be of 50 marks each, and 10 marks will be given for project work. The marks obtained in the subjects from August to November in the ongoing project rail in schools will be considered for internal assessment.
झारखंड में पहली से आठवीं की अर्धवार्षिक परीक्षाएं 20 दिसंबर से शुरू होने वाली हैं। इन परीक्षाओं में पहली कक्षा की मौखिक परीक्षा और दूसरी से आठवीं की लिखित परीक्षा होगी। परीक्षा दो पालियों में होगी और इसमें वस्तुनिष्ट, लघुउत्तरीय और दीर्घ उत्तरीय प्रश्न होंगे। छठी से आठवीं की गणित, विज्ञान और सामाजिक विज्ञान के लिए भी लिखित परीक्षा होगी और प्रोजेक्ट कार्य के लिए भी अंक दिए जाएंगे। स्कूलों में चल रहे प्रोजेक्ट रेल में भी दिए गए अंकों को आंतरिक मूल्यांकन का आधार माना जाएगा।
