The train services in Bihar have been significantly disrupted due to an approaching cyclone in the coastal regions of Andhra Pradesh, leading to the cancellation of approximately 17 trains from December 3 to December 7.

This precautionary measure affects major train routes from Patna, Danapur, Muzaffarpur, Gaya, and other locations. The list of cancelled trains includes various specials and express services, such as the Danapur-ESMVT Special, Bangalore-Danapur Special, Gaya-Chennai Express, and several others, impacting travel plans of numerous passengers.

The decision to halt these train services is primarily a safety measure to protect passengers from the adverse effects of the cyclone. Passengers traveling to and from southern India are particularly advised to take note of these cancellations and make alternate travel arrangements.

The authorities have taken this step to minimize the potential risks and disruptions caused by the cyclone, and passengers are encouraged to stay updated on the latest travel information and prepare for changes in their journey schedules.
