Giridih Police has been cracking down on cyber criminals in recent days. Within a week, more than a dozen cyber criminals have been arrested and sent to jail. On Sunday, Giridih police successfully busted a gang of cyber criminals. Acting on a tip-off received through the Pratibimb portal, the police conducted raids in the Nimiyaghat, Birni, Dumri, and Bengabad police station areas, led by Cyber DSP Sandeep Suman. Four cyber criminals were arrested during the operation, and one suspect has been named. A case has been registered at the Cyber Police Station under the incident number 36/2023.
Team led by DSP conducted the operation: The police formed a team under the leadership of Cyber DSP Sandeep Suman to carry out the raid. They received information that a group of cyber criminals in the Nimiyaghat, Birni, Dumri, and Bengabad police station areas were involved in fraudulent activities. The team included Cyber Incharge Ajay Kumar, Cyber Shyam Babu Rathore, Cyber Saroj Mandal, Cyber Gaurav Kumar, Cyber Sanjay Mukhiya, Saket Verma, and Jitendra Nath Mahato. They conducted the raid together.
Arrests Made: As a result of the raid, four cyber criminals were arrested. The police have also named one suspect in the case. The Cyber Police Station has registered a primary case under incident number 36/2023. This information was shared by SP Deepak Kumar Sharma during a press conference held at the police line on Sunday. The police have been actively working to combat cyber crime and bring the culprits to justice.
गिरिडीह पुलिस द्वारा साइबर अपराधियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जा रही है। एक सप्ताह के अंदर एक दर्जन से अधिक साइबर अपराधियों को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेजा गया है। गिरिडीह एसपी दीपक कुमार शर्मा को प्रतिबिम्ब पोर्टल के माध्यम से मिली गुप्त सूचना के बाद निमियाघाट, बिरनी, डुमरी और बेंगाबाद थाना क्षेत्र से साइबर डीएसपी संदीप सुमन के नेतृत्व में छापेमारी कर कुल चार साइबर अपराधियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। इसके साथ ही एक साइबर अपराधी को नामजद अभियुक्त बनाया गया है।
