A horrifying incident involving a mentally unstable man has come to light in Bihar. The incident took place in the Satasanda village under the Tetarhat police station area, where the man murdered his wife and attempted to kill their two daughters. Fortunately, the innocent girls survived and are now fighting for their lives. It is noteworthy that the accused had traveled from Haryana to Bihar to carry out the crime.
Debt Dispute Leads to Tragic Event
It is being said that the incident occurred as a result of a dispute over debt, but the police are also investigating other angles. The accused strangled his wife, Teteri Devi, and severely injured their two young daughters with a sharp weapon. Following the incident, the husband fled the scene. As soon as the authorities were informed of the incident, SP Pankaj Kumar, Tetarhat police station in-charge Gajendra Kumar, and Ramgarh Chowk in-charge Amit Kumar arrived at the scene and took custody of the body for postmortem at the Sadar Hospital.
Injured Children Referred to Patna PMCH
The seriously injured girls were given initial treatment at the Sadar Hospital and were then referred to the Patna PMCH for further medical care. The police have recovered a sharp weapon from the crime scene. The mother of the deceased woman revealed that the son-in-law, Sudama Sah, had gone to Karnal, Haryana, for work. He was supposed to return to their village in Satasanda, Lakhisarai on December 4. A year ago, Sudama Sah had built a house in Satasanda village with borrowed money, which had caused continuous disputes with Teteri Devi, the applicant’s daughter.
