Just a short distance away, Hero has started his fast food business at another stall. His plate of momos is available for Rs 60, burger for Rs 25, and chowmein plate for Rs 40. In this way, their stalls generate a business worth Rs 3,000 to Rs 4,000 daily.
Increase in Earnings During the Winter Season
According to shopkeeper Sukhdev Bhagat, who has been running his stall here for the past year, the sale of fast food items has increased during the winter season compared to the summer. The younger generation is particularly attracted to these items. During summers, daily sales amount to Rs 2,000 to Rs 3,000, but during winters, it doubles, leading to an increase in earnings. Hero mentioned that he has been running his stall here for the past 5 years, which has provided livelihood for his family. He also shared that his father supports him in managing the shop along with his studies.
