Unknown miscreants attacked a young man riding a bike near the Matiyari canal in the Araria RSO police station area. They beat him up and also snatched Rs 5,000 from him. The bike rider was seriously injured in the assault. Somehow, he managed to escape from the clutches of the miscreants and reached his home in a wounded condition. His family then admitted him to the Sadar Hospital in Araria, where he is currently receiving treatment under the supervision of doctors.
