Hospitalized police officers after being attacked while enforcing property seizure

A police team in Ara, Bihar, was attacked with stones and glass shards while accompanying bank recovery officers to seal a property for a bank loan. In the attack, two female police officers and one constable were seriously injured. The injured police officers have been admitted to Ara Sadar Hospital for treatment. The incident took place in the Anand Nagar Mohalla area of the Nagar police station. Upon receiving information about the attack, the Ara Sadar Sub-Divisional Officer and a large number of police forces rushed to the scene to control the situation.

According to information, the bank recovery officers also suffered minor injuries in the attack by relatives of the borrowers. The injured police officers include Havildar Bhim Singh (53) from the Bhojpur Police Force, female constable Sakuntala Kumari (32), and Khushboo Kumari (28).

Regarding this incident, SI Suman Singh of the Bajrabal (QRT) stated that our team had gone to Anand Nagar to ensure the security of bank officers and maintain law and order while sealing the property for a bank loan. Meanwhile, the family members of the borrower suddenly attacked the police force, resulting in injuries to two female constables and one constable. They have been admitted to the hospital.

After the attack on the police team, Police Officer Rajkumar expressed his ignorance about the matter. He only mentioned that the property for the loan was being seized by Hindujah Bank today. The investigation is underway to determine the circumstances and details of the attack on the police team.
