Gangsters shot a farmer in the head near the Jalalpur Forelane area in Mohanpur O.P. region of Samastipur. The incident took place on Sunday night when the farmer was carrying milk near the Jawan Chowk Bandh. The bullet hit his head and he was admitted to the PMCH in Patna in critical condition.
The injured farmer, identified as Arvind Rai alias Dumri Dakshini Chapra, is currently in a critical condition at the PMCH. The bullet has caused serious damage to his head.
