ED has summoned Tejashwi Yadav today in connection with the land scam case. However, according to RJD sources, Tejashwi will not appear before the ED today as he has returned to Patna from Delhi yesterday. Speaking to reporters at the Patna airport on Thursday evening, Tejashwi had said that all this will continue until the Lok Sabha elections.
Tejashwi Yadav also alleged that the central government is misusing the autonomous agencies. He said that the employees working in these agencies are not at fault, they are just following orders. He also mentioned that whenever ED or CBI has called them, they have gone. It was already predicted that all this will happen after the results of the five state elections.
In addition, ED has also sent a notice to Lalu Prasad Yadav in the land-for-job case. It remains to be seen whether Lalu Yadav will appear before the ED on December 27 or not. Just like Tejashwi ignored the summons from ED, it is expected that Lalu Yadav will also ignore the summons from the Enforcement Directorate.
पटना के नौकरी के बदले जमीन घोटाला मामले में प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) ने तेजस्वी यादव को तलब किया है। वहीं, राष्ट्रीय जनता दल (राजद) सूत्रों के मुताबिक तेजस्वी आज ईडी के समक्ष पेश नहीं होंगे, क्योंकि वे कल ही दिल्ली से पटना लौट आए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि लोकसभा चुनाव तक यह सब चलता रहेगा और केंद्र सरकार स्वायत एजेंसियों का दुरुपयोग कर रही है। इसके अलावा, लालू प्रसाद यादव को भी ईडी ने नोटिस भेजा है और वह 27 दिसंबर को समक्ष पेश हो सकते हैं।
