Tragic accident claims the lives of two siblings in Bhojpur, Ara. The incident occurred on the Ara-Mohania NH near Harigawan, where a speeding truck collided with a motorcycle carrying three people. The impact was so severe that all three on the bike lost their lives. The incident caused panic in the area, with a large crowd gathering at the scene. Angry locals expressed their frustration over the incident and demanded justice.
After the accident, the truck driver fled the scene, leaving the truck behind. The identities of the deceased were identified as Manish Sharma, the 22-year-old son of Bhrgu Sharma from Arya Ward No.11, his niece Anchal Kumari, and Sahendra Sharma’s 16-year-old daughter. The 8-year-old daughter of Praveen Sharma from Navadih village in Shahpur Thana, Priya Kumari, also lost her life in the accident. The police arrived at the scene and seized the truck for investigation.
The victims were returning home from a doctor’s appointment when the accident occurred. The incident sparked anger among the locals, who blocked the road with the bodies and demanded compensation. They urged the police to take the matter seriously and apprehend the culprits. Manish Sharma was a student of BA Part 1, studying in Ara, while Anchal Kumari was in Class 7 and Priya Kumari was in Class 5. The father of Manish Sharma, Advocate Sharma, was unwell and receiving treatment in Dharhara, Ara. He was on his way back to the village when the accident happened, leaving the family devastated.
