Shopkeeper Sakil Hasan revealed that the secret behind the taste of kababs and seekh kababs lies in a dozen spices. To make them, chicken, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, roasted onions, coriander powder, red chili powder, gram flour, lemon, butter, egg, ginger and garlic paste, salt, garam masala, oil, and yogurt are used. All these ingredients are prepared at home. The rate for kababs starts from 40 rupees and goes up to 150 rupees. Here, you will get the taste similar to the kababs found in the Jama Masjid area of Delhi.
