Police have arrested the accused in connection with the brutal murder of a girl in Sitamarhi. It was not someone else who committed the murder, but the girl’s own parents. The reason behind the murder was that the girl was in a love affair and was adamant about marrying her boyfriend. Angry with this, the parents killed their own daughter. Not only that, they also burned both the bodies to destroy the evidence. The police conducted an investigation and found out that the girl’s parents were responsible for the murder. After that, the police conducted a raid and arrested both of them.
The incident took place in the Parsoni area of the Sitamarhi district. The police stated that the girl’s parents, who were unhappy with the love affair, killed their daughter. In order to destroy the evidence, they burned the body. However, based on the information received, the police have arrested both of them. During the interrogation, both of them admitted to the murder of their daughter in connection with the love affair.
The Station House Officer of Parsoni, Sunita Kumari, conducted the investigation. During the questioning, both of them admitted to killing their daughter in connection with the love affair. After that, the SHO filed an FIR based on the statement of the watchman and both of them were sent to judicial custody. The SHO stated that they received information about the incident from the local people.
According to the locals, Niranjana Baitha, a resident of Parsoni, had a love affair with a young man named Puspa Kumari. When the family members found out about the long-running love affair, they decided to arrange her marriage. On Monday, the ritual of seeing the girl for marriage was also completed. Despite this, Puspa continued to refuse the arranged marriage and insisted on marrying her lover. This led to the anger of Niranjana Baitha and his wife Heeramani Devi, who together killed their daughter and burned her body.
