It is said that people start looking for new places to have kachoris and pakoras as soon as the evening sets in during the cold weather.

If you are a kachori lover and searching for a shop, head to Kalyanpur Pethiya Gaachi in Samastipur district. As soon as the evening arrives, Vaidyanath Ji’s kachori shop gets crowded with customers. It is said that people have to wait for kachoris here. Within two and a half hours, people consume around 20 kg of onion kachoris.

Everyone’s favorite palace for the past 9 years: This shop has been serving kachoris for about 8 to 9 years. The taste of their kachoris is loved by many. Vaidyanath Ji explained that first, they cut onions into thin slices. Then they add green chilies, ginger, ajwain, and salt according to taste. After mixing everything, they make small balls and fry them in hot oil. It takes about 10 minutes to fry the kachoris. When the kachoris are ready, they are served to the customers. The hot and crispy kachoris are very tasty and cost only 2 rupees per piece.

During a conversation, Vaidyanath Paswan mentioned that they have been making kachoris for about 8 to 9 years near S.H. 50 Kalyanpur Pethiya Gaachi in Samastipur Darbhanga Muzaffarpur. Initially, the sale of kachoris was low, but now they sell around 20 kilograms of onion kachoris every day. The taste of my kachoris is loved by many. Not only locals, but people from Samastipur, Darbhanga, and Muzaffarpur also come to taste our kachoris. It is said that when the kachoris are ready, customers stand in line to buy them.

समस्तीपुर जिले के कल्याणपुर पेठिया गाछी में वैद्यनाथ जी की कचरी दुकान में ठंड के मौसम में लोगों को कुरकुरी और चटपटी कचरी मिलती है। यहां पर ढाई घंटे में 20 किलो प्याज की कचरी बिकती है और इस दुकान को लोगों ने 9 सालों से पसंद किया है। वैद्यनाथ जी बताते हैं कि प्याज को पतले पतले साइज में काटकर, हरी मिर्च, अदरक, अजमाइन और नमक के साथ मिलाकर बनाई जाती है और इसके बाद गर्म तेल में छानी जाती है। यह कचरी ग्राहकों को मात्र 2 रुपये में मिलती है और इसका स्वाद बहुत पसंद किया जाता है। इसके अलावा यहां कचरी खाने के लिए लोग समस्तीपुर, दरभंगा और मुजफ्फरपुर से भी आते हैं।
