Illegal Encroachments on Government Land in Supaul City

Indraveer Kumar, the SDM of Supaul, states that action will be taken soon to clear various routes in the city from encroachments.

The municipal council of Supaul has issued an order stating that all encroachments must be cleared by 10th January. Failure to do so will result in fines imposed by administrative officials. Legal action will also be taken.

The main reason behind the increasing traffic jams in Supaul city is the encroachments by shopkeepers on government land, including footpaths, drains, and other areas near the road. The problem of encroachments is becoming more serious in the entire city.

मोहन प्रकाश या सुपौल शहर में सड़कों पर अवैध रूप से कब्जा जमा रखने वाले लोगों के लिए खबर है। अनुमंडल प्रशासन जल्द ही शहर की सड़कों को अतिक्रमण मुक्त करने के लिए सख्ती से अभियान चलाने जा रहा है। सुपौल के सदर अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी ने बताया है कि उनकी पहल पर नगर परिषद ने अतिक्रमण खाली करने के लिए आदेश जारी किया है और नगर परिषद के मुख्य पार्षद, राजनीतिक दलों के प्रतिनिधियों और प्रबुद्धजनों के साथ बैठक भी हुई है। अतिक्रमण को सबने माना है कि यह जाम का मुख्य कारण है और प्रशासन द्वारा जल्द कार्रवाई करने की जरूरत है। नगर परिषद ने अतिक्रमण करने वालों को 10 जनवरी तक अतिक्रमण खाली करने का आदेश दिया है और कानूनी कार्रवाई भी की जाएगी। सर्वप्रथम नगर परिषद द्वारा माइकिंग करके इस समस्या को ध्यान में रखते हुए सभी को सूचित किया जाएगा।
