Bhagalpur Triple Murder Case: After the triple murder incident in the Navtolia village of Gopalpur under the Navagachia police district in Bhagalpur, a state of mourning has spread. The father and brother, who were displeased with their daughter’s love marriage, shot and killed the daughter, son-in-law, and their innocent child on Tuesday evening. On Wednesday, the three hearses were taken out together, causing an atmosphere of grief in the entire village. The village’s kitchen remained closed on Wednesday. The relatives of the deceased Chandan are in a state of distress. Meanwhile, the police have not yet reached the father and son involved in the murder. There is a massive manhunt going on for their arrest.

Police Investigation: The police have set up a camp in the village and are conducting intense searches to arrest the accused father and son in the triple murder case. A team from Navgachia police district in Bhagalpur is conducting a massive manhunt to arrest Pappu Singh and Dheeraj in connection with the triple murder. Raids are also being conducted in Kursela in Katihar district, Kodha, and Purnia districts. It is reported that both Pappu Singh and Dheeraj Singh have been changing their locations continuously. The police are pressuring the relatives of both the accused for their arrest.
Details of the Incident: Six bullets were fired. The bodies of the deceased Chandan Kumar and Chandani Devi, also known as Chanda, and their one-and-a-half-year-old daughter Roshni, were handed over to their families after a post-mortem at the Navgachia Sub-Divisional Hospital. Chandan was shot in the head and eye, while Chanda was shot in the temple and the child was shot in the body and head. The bullets were fired from a pistol. The police are investigating the entire case from all angles.
Honour Killing Case: It is worth mentioning that Chanda, the daughter of Pappu Singh, had married Chandan Kumar from the same village a few years ago. When she got married against the wishes of her family, her father and brother had already threatened her with violence. Chanda and Chandan had a one-and-a-half-year-old daughter. Chanda was returning from the newly built house with her husband and daughter when Pappu Singh attacked her with a rod. When her son-in-law tried to intervene and apologize, he was also beaten. The child fell down. Pappu Singh then called his son and asked him to come. His son then fired multiple shots at his sister Chanda, her husband Chandan, and their innocent child. All three died on the spot.
