Jharkhand Weather: Cold wave continues to grip most parts of Jharkhand, including the capital city Ranchi. Despite an increase in minimum temperatures, there has been no relief from the bone-chilling cold. According to the weather department, there is a possibility of light rain in Ranchi and more than half of the districts on January 18. However, the impact of dense fog will continue until the 19th.
Ranchi’s minimum temperature remains cold even after rising by 3.6 degrees. On Wednesday, the minimum temperature in Ranchi was 10.5 degrees, while on Tuesday it was 6.9 degrees. According to the weather department, the minimum temperature in Ranchi has increased to 10.5 degrees, while the maximum temperature has reached 25.2 degrees. On the other hand, many parts of Jharkhand experienced heavy fog throughout the day on Wednesday, hindering visibility and causing inconvenience for commuters.
Despite the presence of dense fog, the environment remained chilly. People in their homes also felt the cold. From morning till evening, people experienced freezing cold winds.
Possibility of rain on the 18th: On January 18, there is a possibility of light rain in the eastern Singhbhum, western Singhbhum, Simdega, Saraikela-Kharsawan, central parts of Ranchi, Bokaro, Gumla, Hazaribagh, Khunti, and Ramgarh districts in the southern region of the state, as well as in Devghar, Dhanbad, Dumka, Godda, Jamtara, and Pakur districts in the northeastern region. However, the impact of dense fog will continue in the northern, central, and southeastern parts until the 19th.
झारखंड के राजधानी रांची समेत राज्य के अधिकांश हिस्सों में सर्दी का सितम जारी है। न्यूनतम तापमान में बढ़ोतरी होने के बावजूद ठंड में किसी प्रकार की कमी नहीं आई है। रांची के साथ-साथ आधे से अधिक जिलों में 18 जनवरी को हल्के दर्जे की बारिश के आसार हैं, जबकि 19 तक गहरे कोहरे का प्रभाव बना रहेगा। रांची में न्यूनतम तापमान बढ़कर 10.5 और अधिकतम 25.2 डिग्री तक पहुंच गया है। इसके बावजूद वातावरण में कनकनी बरकरार रही और लोगों ने ठंड का एहसास किया। 18 जनवरी को राज्य के कई हिस्सों में हल्के दर्जे की बारिश के आसार हैं जबकि 19 जनवरी तक उत्तरी, मध्य, दक्षिणी-पूर्वी भाग में गहरे कोहरे का प्रभाव बना रहेगा।
