The district administration has neither made any arrangements to protect students from the cold nor provided any heating facilities in the school premises. Even on Wednesday, the sun did not come out all day. The feeling of cold persisted throughout the day, and there was no sight of sunlight until 11 am on Thursday. The sky is covered with dark clouds.
