The ED has attached two immovable properties worth Rs 26.19 crore belonging to Seth under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002. Additionally, the ED has also attached three properties worth around Rs 5.14 crore belonging to Seth’s associates, as well as an HDFC bank account with Rs 7.82 crore.
