Weather Update: Relief from Cold Wave, Possibility of Light Rain in Bihar
The majority of states in India, including Patna, have now witnessed a change in weather. After cold mornings and evenings, there is good sunshine throughout the day, providing relief from the biting cold. However, there is still fog in the morning. Meanwhile, the weather department has predicted the possibility of light rain in Bihar. According to the weather department, an alert for light rain, thunderstorms, and hail has been issued in 19 districts of South Bihar, including Patna and Gaya, on 13th and 14th February.
Possibility of Light Rain in Parts of Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand
In addition to Bihar, there is also a chance of light rain in some parts of Southeast Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand, which could continue until 15th February. Furthermore, on 16th February, there is a possibility of gusty winds and lightning in some parts of Southeast Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand. However, the weather should start clearing up by then. Meanwhile, between 10th and 14th February, there is a possibility of thunderstorms and rain accompanied by lightning in Eastern Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, and Chhattisgarh.
Weather Forecast in Various Regions
Between 10th and 14th February, Eastern Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, and Chhattisgarh may experience light to moderate scattered rain. On 10th and 11th February, there may be rain in Central Maharashtra and Marathwada. Odisha may experience rain between 10th and 12th February. Between 11th and 12th February, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Jharkhand may witness light to moderate scattered rain. Rainfall activities are expected in Ganges West Bengal between 13th and 15th February. Between 10th and 12th February, Eastern Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, and Chhattisgarh may experience thunderstorms and rain accompanied by lightning. In Northern Rajasthan and Ganges West Bengal, there may be a possibility of a cold wave at one or two locations.
