सीवान के गोपालगंज मोड पर बिजली विभाग के मीटर रीडरों ने धरना दिया है। ये मीटर रीडर बिहार राज्य ग्रामीण विद्युत फ्रेंचाइजी कामगार संघ के बैनर तले एकत्रित होकर अपनी मांगों को लेकर धरना पर बैठे हुए हैं। उनका कहना है कि 2013 से ही सभी मीटर रीडरों को अपने अधिकारों की पूर्ति के लिए सरकार द्वारा कोई कदम नहीं उठाया गया है।
