**Jharkhand Cabinet Expansion**
The new cabinet expansion in Jharkhand saw eight ministers taking oath. During this process, some Congress MLAs expressed dissatisfaction as several new faces were not included in the cabinet as per their demands. Congress MLA Deepika Pandey Singh claimed that she had already voiced her opinion before the cabinet expansion.
**Discontent Among Congress**
The Congress MLAs are not entirely pleased with the new ministerial cabinet. Deepika Pandey mentioned, “Our demand was to give a chance to new faces if a new government is formed or there is a reshuffle in the cabinet.” Congress MLA Anoop Singh stated that the MLAs have informed the state Congress committee chief about their concerns and their demands are well known.
**Post-Oath Ceremony Discussions**
After meeting with the MLAs post the oath ceremony, Jharkhand Congress President Rajesh Thakur stated that the party will discuss the matter further. He mentioned that the MLAs had already expressed their feelings before the oath ceremony, and their thoughts will be taken into consideration for further discussions.
**BJP Criticism of the New Government**
On the other hand, BJP MP Nishikant Dubey criticized the coalition government in Jharkhand for not including a leader from the scheduled caste in the new ministerial cabinet. He took to social media platform X to express his disappointment, stating that not a single scheduled caste leader was included in the new Jharkhand cabinet, revealing the true face of the Congress, JMM, and RJD.
