Attempted Robbery at Punjab National Bank in Muzaffarpur
Just 100 meters away from Kanti police station in Muzaffarpur, criminals attempted to loot the Punjab National Bank but were unsuccessful. During the incident, home guard Bholanath Ray (50) opposed the criminals and was shot. He was rushed to SKMCH for treatment where he is currently in critical condition. Local police are investigating the case thoroughly.

IG Shivdeep Lande from Tirhut Range is personally looking into the case. He visited SKMCH to meet the injured bank guard and gather information related to the incident. Bholanath Ray sustained a gunshot wound in his leg during the confrontation with the criminals.
