Jharkhand Weather Update
On Wednesday, the weather in various districts of Jharkhand remained clear. Due to intense sunlight, the maximum temperature in various districts of the state, including the capital, increased by two to three degrees. Some areas around the capital experienced light showers, with good rainfall lasting up to half an hour in Katkamda and surrounding areas of Ranchi. Light showers were also reported in Hinoo, Birsa Chowk, Dornada, Harmu, and surrounding areas.
Recent Rainfall and Temperature
There were scattered showers in some parts of Ratu Road and Main Road after 4 pm, providing slight relief from the heat in the city. The maximum temperature in the capital was recorded at 33.4 degrees Celsius, while Jamshedpur reached a maximum of 36.2 degrees. Over the next 24 hours, partial cloud cover is expected in the state due to a western disturbance affecting several parts of the country, including Jharkhand.
Weather Forecast and Temperature Changes
Cloud cover is expected in the state from the 14th to the 19th, with rain predicted from the 16th to the 17th. Over the past 24 hours, there has been an increase in maximum temperatures in several parts of the state, including the capital and Jamshedpur. The upcoming changes in weather over the next five days are expected to bring down the maximum temperatures, providing relief from the rising temperatures and heat in various parts of the state.
Statement from Ranchi Meteorological Department
Abhishek Anand from the Ranchi Meteorological Department stated, “There was rainfall in some places in the evening on Wednesday, including the capital. This change occurred due to the arrival of easterly winds. There are chances of scattered showers in various parts of the state from March 16th due to a western disturbance.”
झारखंड के विभिन्न जिलों में बुधवार को मौसम साफ रहा, लेकिन धूप के कारण तापमान में वृद्धि हुई। रांची के कटहल मोड़ और आसपास के इलाके में आधे घंटे तक अच्छी बारिश हुई, जबकि रातू रोड और मेन रोड में भी छिटपुट बारिश हुई। इससे राजधानी में गर्मी से राहत मिली, लेकिन जमशेदपुर में तापमान 36.2 डिग्री पर पहुंच गया। मौसम विभाग के मुताबिक, राज्य में अगले 24 घंटे के दौरान आंशिक बादल छाने की संभावना है। रांची मौसम विभाग के अभिषेक आनंद ने बताया कि पश्चिमी विक्षोभ के कारण 16 मार्च से राज्य के विभिन्न हिस्सों में बारिश होने का अनुमान है।
