The wedding party alleges that the wedding car in Haripur was forcibly stopped and dozens of people were assaulted. The injured individuals have been identified as residents of Elias village in the Alauli police station area, including Sahab Paswan, Sudhir Paswan, Shrikant Paswan, Pramod Paswan, Ganesh Paswan, and Jawahar Paswan. The Alauli police station head stated that the police are taking action based on the complaints from the victims.

According to the complaints filed by the victims in the Alauli police station, the wedding party from Elias village in the Alauli police station area was heading to Batardih village in Begusarai district. It is reported that when the wedding party left Elias village and reached near Haripur, some individuals stopped the DJ vehicle accompanying the wedding party and pressured them to play music.
