According to the All India Weather Bulletin issued by the weather department, erratic rainfall activities are expected in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh due to the circulation of winds from the Arabian Sea and dry convection. Two troughs have formed over different regions, affecting weather conditions in Jharkhand and surrounding areas since March 16.
Forecast:
The weather department forecasts light to moderate rainfall with thunderstorms in parts of West Bengal from March 16 to 20. Strong winds and thunderstorms are expected on March 17, with wind speeds of 50 to 60 km per hour. Jharkhand, Odisha, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, and eastern Madhya Pradesh are likely to experience thunderstorms and rainfall at speeds of 30 to 40 km per hour from March 17 to 20.
Alert for Jharkhand:
Starting from March 16, Jharkhand is expected to experience deteriorating weather conditions. Light to moderate rainfall is expected on March 16, with stronger showers in some areas on March 17 and 18. Winds of 40 to 50 km per hour are expected during this time. The weather department has issued a yellow alert for light to moderate rainfall. On March 19 and 20, winds may reach speeds of 60 km per hour in some areas, with more rain expected on March 21 and 22 in different locations.
झारखंड में मौसम विभाग के अनुसार तीन दिनों तक बारिश की चेतावनी जारी की गई है। इस दौरान हवाओं की रफ्तार 40 किमी प्रति घंटा होगी। इसके साथ ही आंतरिक इलाकों में बारिश की गतिविधियां देखने को मिलेगी। वेदर बुलेटिन के मुताबिक, झारखंड में 16 से 22 मार्च के बीच बारिश की संभावना है। इसके लिए लोगों को सतर्क रहने की सलाह दी गई है।
