Jharkhand Weather Alert
Several places in Jharkhand have experienced rainfall in the last 24 hours, with thunderstorms and showers expected in the state for the next three days. An orange alert has been issued for Ranchi and other districts, with wind speeds of 40 to 50 km/h in Khunti, Ranchi, Simdega, and West Singhbhum.

During the past 24 hours, Majgaon in West Singhbhum recorded 32.4 mm of rainfall, while Mathon in Dhanbad received 25 mm, Bokaro 20.6 mm, Ramgarh 13 mm, Ranchi 10.8 mm, and Simdega 4.2 mm. The showers have brought relief from the heat, with temperatures dropping by up to two degrees in various districts.
Weather Circulation
An anti-cyclonic circulation in the western part of the Bay of Bengal has led to moist winds moving towards Jharkhand, resulting in an expected continuation of the weather pattern for the next three days. The majority of the state is predicted to experience rainfall on the 19th and 20th of March, with thunderstorms and strong winds in some areas.
