Chhapra Nagar Nigam is gearing up to give the city a look similar to big cities. Mayor Lakshmi Narayan Gupta is preparing a master plan for the development of the city. He has also issued a number through which people are being asked for suggestions to make the city clean and beautiful. People are sending suggestions via WhatsApp messages and also writing letters to provide their input on making Chhapra clean and beautiful.
Development Work Worth 250 Crores
Mayor Lakshmi Narayan Gupta has revealed that development work worth 250 crores will be undertaken in Chhapra city. A master plan is being prepared for this purpose, keeping in mind the city’s ranking as the second most polluted city in the country. Additionally, a large-scale plantation drive will also be carried out to enhance the green cover in the city.
Suggestions for the 2024-25 Budget
Mayor Lakshmi Narayan Gupta has invited suggestions from the public for the upcoming 2024-25 budget related to cleanliness and development work in Chhapra Nagar Nigam area. He emphasized the need to work together with the entire community to ensure the city’s cleanliness and development. People are encouraged to share their suggestions for the budget, as it will be a budget for the development of Chhapra.
