Railway Special Train for Holi
A special express train has been started by the Indian Railways 12 minutes before the scheduled time of Holi. The train will have a stopover in Buxar before continuing its journey. The Chief Public Relations Officer, Veerendra Kumar, mentioned that the Anand Vihar-Jayanagar-Anand Vihar reserved festival special express train will depart from Buxar in both the up and down directions.
Route of the Festival Special Train
The festival special train will make stops at various stations including Muradabad, Bareilly, Lucknow, Raebareli, Amethi, Pratapgarh, Varanasi, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction, Buxar, Ara, Danapur, Patliputra, Hajipur, Muzaffarpur, Samastipur, Darbhanga, and Madhubani. This train has been specially scheduled to cater to the rush during the Holi festival.
