Rajiv Ranjan Sah mentioned that the purity of mustard oil, flour, and spices prepared at low costs attracts high demand in the market. Shopkeepers in the vicinity place special orders for oil, flour, and spices, leading to increased sales. He procures pure mustard from farmers to prepare the oil. Rajiv sells pure mustard oil at Rs. 140 per liter. Additionally, coriander is sold at Rs. 140 per kilo, chili at Rs. 300 per kilo, and turmeric at Rs. 200 per kilo. With an annual income exceeding five lakhs, Rajiv’s business is flourishing without the need to visit the market for sales.
बांका जिला के अमरपुर प्रखंड अंतर्गत पवई गांव के रहने वाले राजीव रंजन साह ने सरसों तेल से लेकर मसाले और आटे का कारोबार शुरू किया है और पिछले 5 साल से इस काम में मुनाफा कमा रहे हैं. उन्होंने बताया कि सरसों के तेल में शुद्धता का खास ख्याल रखना पड़ता है और उनकी बिजनेस की कमाई सालाना पांच लाख से अधिक हो जाती है। उनका उत्पादन बाजार में बहुत डिमांड है और वो अधिक ग्राहकों को आकर्षित कर रहे हैं।
