The trend of fast food is continuously increasing in Bihar, with stalls offering a variety of options like chaat, burgers, chowmein, egg rolls, and momos easily available in the market. In Buxar, the trend of fast food has also grown significantly, with options like JP Chaat and Fast Food near Raj Katara offering affordable and delicious burgers, chaats, and chowmein.

Shop owner Rohit Gupta mentioned that people visit his shop in Buxar to enjoy dosas, chaat, burgers, chowmein, and sweets. The shop sees a lot of footfall daily, with around 9 to 10 people working to prepare various items like sweets, dosas, burgers, and chaats under one roof. To handle the crowd, a token system has been implemented to streamline the serving process for customers.
High Sales of Chaat and Burgers
Rohit Gupta highlighted that the shop experiences high sales of chaat and burgers, with local residents and market-goers stopping by for a quick meal. The shop gets crowded from 11 am onwards, with the highest sales recorded for chaat and burgers, selling around 10,000 worth of products in a day. The shop offers burgers for Rs. 25 and a plate of chaat for Rs. 30, attracting a large customer base looking for affordable and tasty fast food options.
