Toyota Unveils 7-Seater Rumion in India

Toyota Kirloskar Motor India has unveiled Toyota Rumion, a 7-Seater car in the Indian market, quenching the thirst of the market for a large 7-seater vehicle. The Toyota Rumion MUV will position itself as a strong competitor against the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga.

Toyota Rumion 7-Seater Standard Features

The Toyota Rumion 7-seater is designed for comfort and safety with impressive features such as push-button start/stop function, electronic stability program, hill hold assist, and ISOFIX child seat anchorage points. It also comes with a 6-speaker audio system and a 7.0-inch touchscreen with smartphone connectivity via Apple Carplay and Android Auto.

Toyota Rumion 7-Seater Engine

The Toyota Rumion is equipped with a 1.5-liter petrol engine, capable of generating 103 bhp of power and 137 nm of torque. It will come with a five-speed manual and four-speed automatic gearbox options. The company claims that the petrol variants of the Toyota Rumion will have a mileage of up to 20.51 km per liter, and the CNG variants will be able to deliver up to 26.11 km per kilogram.

Toyota Rumion 7-Seater Safety Features and Price

Keeping safety in mind, Toyota Rumion comes with advanced safety features like dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensor, high-speed alert system, and seat-belt reminder system. The price of the Toyota Rumion 7-Seater MPV will range from INR 10.29 lakh to INR 13.68 lakh.
