Inspection of Training Center
In preparation for the Lok Sabha elections in the Sitamarhi parliamentary constituency in Bihar on May 20, General Observer Aman Veer Singh and DM Richi Pandey inspected a training center. The DM has taken a strict stance against employees who show negligence in election work and directed that the guidelines of the Election Commission be strictly followed. Necessary facilities at the training center were also checked during the inspection.
Second Round of Training for Polling Personnel
As part of the training management committee set up in accordance with the Election Commission’s directives, a second round of training is being provided to polling personnel. A total of 1920 employees participated in the training, where polling officers, polling officers-1, polling officers-2, and polling officers-3 were trained. 18 employees were absent on the second day, including polling officers-5, polling officers-1, polling officers-2, and polling officers-3. Instructions were given to seek clarification from absent employees during training.
Urging Seriousness in Training
DM emphasized the importance of polling personnel receiving training seriously and ensuring proper understanding of any difficult concepts. Any discrepancies in the appointment letters of polling personnel were immediately rectified by the NIC employees. The training will continue until May 14, with clear instructions to take action against negligent employees in election activities.
बिहार के सीतामढ़ी लोकसभा संसदीय क्षेत्र के लिए 20 मई को मतदान होने वाला है। इस मुद्दे पर सामान्य प्रेक्षक अमन वीर सिंह और डीएम रिची पांडेय ने प्रशिक्षण केंद्र का निरीक्षण किया। डीएम ने चुनाव कार्य में लापरवाही बरतने वाले कर्मियों के खिलाफ कड़ा रुख अपनाया है और निर्देश दिया की चुनाव आयोग के गाइडलाइन का पूरा पालन किया जाए। चुनाव कर्मियों को द्वितीय प्रशिक्षण दिया जा रहा है और अनुपस्थित कर्मियों के साथ स्पष्टीकरण भी किया जा रहा है। डीएम ने कहा की गंभीरता से प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करें और चुनाव कार्य में किसी भी प्रकार की कठिनाई न हो। प्रशिक्षण 14 मई तक चलेगा और चुनाव कार्य में लापरवाही बरतने वाले कर्मियों के खिलाफ कारवाई होगी।
