Increasing Awareness for Voting in Motihari
In Motihari, the district administration has become vigilant regarding the continuous decrease in voter turnout in the Lok Sabha elections. Collaborating with social organizations, administration officials are spreading awareness among the people. From the roads to rural areas, people are being encouraged to vote on May 25.
Initiation of Voter Awareness Campaign
Under the leadership of Rajeev Vijdam, President of the Motihari Chamber of Commerce, the voter awareness campaign has been initiated. The first step was the voter awareness rally held on Thursday. Chamber member Dr. Ashutosh Sharan stated that elections are a grand festival of democracy, and everyone should go to the polling stations to vote.
Appeal to the Citizens
President Rajeev Vijdam appealed to the people, emphasizing that it doesn’t matter which party they vote for, but what matters is that they exercise their right to vote. He urged everyone to step out of their homes on May 25, visit the polling stations, and cast their votes. This opportunity will only come again after five years.
Prominent Figures Present
During the event, General Secretary Sunil Kumar Shrivastav, former Secretary Abhimanyu Kumar, and Joint Secretary Alok Kumar were present to encourage and support the voter awareness campaign in Motihari.
मोतिहारी में लोकसभा चुनाव में मतदान प्रतिशत में गिरावट को लेकर जिला प्रशासन ने जागरूकता फैलाने के लिए सामाजिक संगठनों के साथ मिलकर कई उपाय अपनाए। मतदाता जागरूकता अभियान के तहत मतदान रैली का आयोजन किया गया और लोगों को वोट देने की अपील की गई। चुनाव महा पर्व है और सभी को वोट करने के लिए जाना चाहिए। चैम्बर के अध्यक्ष ने भी लोगों से वोट देने की अपील की और उन्हें याद दिलाया कि यह मौका फिर पांच साल बाद ही मिलेगा।
