Assault in Bihar Village
In the village of Akhrai under the Sheikhpura district of Bihar, a drunk man stabbed a youth in the stomach with a knife after he refused to take abuse. The injured youth was rushed to the local Sadar hospital for treatment with the help of villagers after the incident. The victim has been identified as Prashant Kumar, son of Mithilesh Prasad, a resident of Akhrai village.
Arrest of the Accused
The police took action in the case and arrested the accused along with the drunk man. The arrested accused has been identified as Bhim Saav, son of Chandan Saav from the same village. The Station House Officer of the Ariari police station, Sunil Kumar Rajvanshi, informed that a case has been registered against the accused under section 307 and he has been sent to jail.
Victim’s Account of the Incident
The injured youth, who runs a business in Delhi and had come home three days ago, narrated the incident. He mentioned that he was standing near a community building in the village with his friends when the accused, under the influence of alcohol, started abusing him. When he protested, the accused went home and returned with a knife, stabbing him in the stomach.
Legal Action and Medical Treatment
The police have taken swift action in the case by arresting the accused and the drunk man. The victim is undergoing treatment at the local hospital while the accused has been charged under relevant sections of the law. The incident highlights the need for timely intervention and legal action to ensure justice for the victims of such violent acts.
शेखपुरा के अरियरी थाना क्षेत्र में एकराय गांव में एक शराबी ने नशे में होकर एक युवक को गाली देने पर चाकू घोंपकर घायल कर दिया। घटना के बाद ग्रामीणों की मदद से घायल युवक को स्थानीय अस्पताल में भरवाया गया। पुलिस ने आरोपी और शराबी को गिरफ्तार कर दबोच लिया है, जिसमें आरोपी का नाम चांदों साव के पुत्र भीम साव है। आरोपी के खिलाफ धारा 307 के तहत मामला दर्ज कर जेल भेजा गया है। घायल युवक ने बताया कि उसने दिल्ली में व्यापार करने के लिए रहता है और घटना के समय उसे गाली देने पर चाकू घोंपकर घायल किया गया।
