Admission Process Simplified
In government educational institutions in West Champaran, there will no longer be any hassle in enrolling in the 11th grade in any stream. After admissions in colleges are closed, a new system has been implemented. The Bihar School Examination Committee has stated that students who have passed the matriculation exam from government schools in the district, and wish to transfer to another school for enrollment in the 11th grade, can now do so based on a transfer certificate signed by the district education officer. In case there are no streams in government schools, students will be assigned streams based on their enrollment, with subject-specific teachers arranged by the education department.
Change of Options Allowed
If a student has not been given the option of enrolling in the 11th grade in a government school from where they passed their 10th grade exam, they will still be enrolled in the stream indicated in their first choice in the online application in their original government school. If no stream is available for enrollment in a government school, the education department will ensure stream availability. The process and criteria for enrollment in the 11th grade for the 2024-26 intermediate session have been changed, allowing students who applied through the OFSS website by April 26 to change their stream options by May 20.
End of Sliding Up System
The sliding up system, which allowed students to change schools based on the satisfaction of the selection list after enrollment, has been completely discontinued in all government and non-government intermediate educational institutions. In case students are not satisfied with the selection list, they can only change their enrollment in educational institutions based on seat availability through spot admission. Government schools will now enroll students who have passed their matriculation exam from the same school in the 11th grade through spot admission based on a transfer certificate.
Enrollment Process for All Students
After enrollment of all eligible students in all government schools, the remaining vacant seats in those schools and enrollment of students in other non-government intermediate educational institutions will be done based on the selection criteria prevalent in the previous year (2023).
पश्चिम चंपारण के सरकारी शिक्षण संस्थानों में 11वीं में अब संकाय के नामांकन में कोई परेशानी नहीं होगी। बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति ने नई व्यवस्था लागू करने का निर्णय लिया है, जिसके अनुसार विद्यार्थियों को अपने मूल विद्यालय से दूसरे विद्यालय में नामांकन के लिए जाने में सुविधा मिलेगी। यह निर्णय इंटर सत्र 2024-26 के लिए लागू होगा, और अब विद्यार्थियों को अपने चयन के आधार पर संकाय निर्धारित किया जाएगा। इसके साथ ही, स्लाइडअप की व्यवस्था को समाप्त कर दिया गया है, जिससे विद्यार्थियों को स्पाट एडमिशन के दौरान ही अपना नामांकन लेना होगा।
