Violent Clash over Land Dispute in Bichhiyanv Village

A dispute over a mere three decimal land in the Bichhiyanv village of Sandesh police station area in Bhojpur district took a violent turn on Saturday evening. A brother attacked his elder brother and nephew with a knife, leaving them seriously injured. The injured were rushed to Ara Sadar Hospital for treatment.

Previous Dispute and Current Incident

According to Shreenath Singh, a few days ago there was a quarrel over land distribution with his younger brother. The dispute was resolved at that time. However, on Saturday, the same piece of land was being measured. There was a dispute over the measurement, with the younger brother demanding the land, but the elder brother insisting on a fair distribution.

Allegations of Violence

Accusations of using a pistol and bat for the assault have also been made. The younger brother, along with his sons, attacked the elder brother and nephew with a knife, resulting in both of them being seriously injured. They were taken to Arshad Hospital for treatment. Meanwhile, the injured Shreenath Singh has accused his younger brother Rajnath Singh and his sons of attacking him with a knife, pistol, and bat, causing injuries.

Police Investigation Ongoing

The police are currently investigating the matter and looking into the allegations made by both parties. The violent clash over a land dispute has left a family torn apart and individuals seriously injured. The authorities are working to bring justice and resolve the issue in a fair manner.
