Shocking Incident in Patna
In a shocking incident in Patna, a case of rape of a minor in front of her mother has come to light. When the mother protested, the accused beat them both severely. The accused then threw the minor near Sheikhpura bridge and fled the scene.
Discovery of Victims
On Sunday morning, near Sheikhpura dam, the mother and her unconscious daughter were found by local residents. The information was reported to Dial-112, following which the Nawabpur police team arrived at the scene and admitted both to Patna AIIMS for treatment.
Details of the Incident
According to DSP Deepak Kumar of Danapur, the woman alleged that she was lured by the accused under the pretext of a job near Dumri railway station, where five accused first assaulted both of them and then committed the heinous act in front of her daughter. After the incident, the accused threw the mother and daughter near Sheikhpura dam and fled.
Police Investigation
As per the woman’s statement to the police, two individuals lured her to Dumri railway station under the guise of providing a job. Upon arrival, she found three people inside a Scorpio car, who proceeded to assault both her and her daughter. The police are currently conducting medical tests on the girl and carrying out raids to arrest the accused.
